The population is 76.5% white, 13.5% Hispanic or Latino, 3.2% Black and 6.7% Asian. The median age is 45.8.
History
First settled in the early 18th century, Lincoln Park was originally part of Pequannock Township. It was incorporated as a borough in 1922 and named after President Abraham Lincoln.
The Morris Canal running through town facilitated transport of goods. Over time, Lincoln Park grew into a commuter suburb.
